Dinner Menu for Tonight

Pan fried tilapia fillet
Asparagus with garlic and extra virgin olive oil
Seasoned rice
Garbanzo bean salad with green onions (seasoned with vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper)

That sounds delicious. You probably have no problem getting fresh fish on the Island. My wife and I have been eating more seafood, but getting the kids to eat it is sometimes fun.

Sounds like our meals. I am sorry I don't get over here more often! I just bookmarked your Goya link. I was glad to see this because we cook a lot of Latino foods; I grew up in Latin America from 7th grade and up, and two years as a baby in Rio. I never thought to look up Goya's site even though I purchase their products.

I love Bourdain's show as well. The show about Uruguay makes me want to visit! I saw that recently again on rerun.
